We understand that choosing a care home for a loved one can feel overwhelming. That's why we've made our process as clear and compassionate as possible — from your first question to your loved one's first morning with us.

Step 1

Initial Consultation

We start with a conversation — no pressure, no paperwork. We want to understand your loved one's needs, your family's situation, and answer every question you have. Reach out by phone, chat, or our contact form.

Step 2

Home Visit & Assessment

We invite you to tour Timeless — ideally during one of our Wednesday or Saturday gatherings, so you can see residents living life together. We assess care needs to determine the appropriate care level.

Step 3

Personalized Care Plan & Agreement

We develop a customized care plan and present a clear agreement detailing care services and all-inclusive pricing. No hidden fees, no surprise charges.

Step 4

Preparing for Move-In

Our Care Coordinator helps coordinate logistics, move-in timing, transportation, and medical documentation. We prepare your loved one's room — including a motorized adjustable bed — to feel like home.

Step 5

Welcome Day

Our team provides a warm welcome and thorough orientation. We introduce your loved one to residents and staff, and make sure every moment of the first day feels comfortable and familiar.

Step 6

Ongoing Care & Family Communication

Monthly check-ins with our Care Coordinator, regular family updates, and periodic care plan reviews. You're always in the loop. Care levels are adjusted monthly as needs evolve.

Short-Term Care

We also offer short-term Respite Care, priced individually by the hour or day. Contact us to learn more and check current availability.
