At Timeless, care isn't delivered in bulk — it's designed around each individual. Our team gets to know every resident's preferences, rhythms, and personality before we ever create a care plan.
Services include medication management, bathing, grooming, dressing, incontinence care, and support with daily activities of living (ADLs). Every service is delivered with patience, dignity, and genuine warmth.
Because we serve only 10 residents at a time, our caregivers can focus on what matters: making each person feel seen, safe, and loved every single day.

Timeless Care Homes is set in a beautiful 3,600 sq ft mid-century home in a quiet Fort Worth neighborhood. It doesn't feel institutional — because it isn't. Residents have private and companion suite options, all with accessible bathrooms designed for safety and comfort.
Outside, a secure walking courtyard gives residents the opportunity to garden, stroll, and enjoy fresh air in a safe environment. Common areas are bright, welcoming, and designed for life — because residents are encouraged to be out living, not sitting in their rooms.

This is our most significant differentiator — and one of the rarest commitments in residential assisted living. At Timeless, two caregivers are awake and on-site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Most homes this size operate with one overnight caregiver. We made a different choice — because we know how much can change in the night. If a resident needs help at 3 AM, two people are there to respond with care, competence, and calm.
It costs more to staff this way. We do it anyway — because we believe it's simply the right thing to do.

Because our residents are out living life — in common areas, the courtyard, and shared spaces. They're engaged, connected, and genuinely enjoying their days. Families notice this the moment they walk in, and it changes everything about how they see assisted living.

Room lights at Timeless are off for most of the day — because residents are out in common areas, engaged in activities, talking, laughing, and living. This is one of the things families notice immediately when they visit.
Daily activities are tailored to residents' abilities and interests: gentle physical exercises, gardening in the courtyard, music, games, crafts, and more. Two signature weekly social gatherings bring residents, families, and friends together.
We believe social engagement is medicine — and we take it seriously.

Safety at Timeless is layered and comprehensive. Our home features indoor and outdoor security systems that monitor all entrances and common areas around the clock.
We have fire suppression systems with direct dispatch — meaning the fire department is automatically notified in the event of an alarm. There's no delay, no missed call, no waiting.
Timeless is a fully licensed residential assisted living facility (License #311639), operating in full compliance with Texas Health and Human Services regulations. Families can tour, ask questions, and verify our standing at any time.

We work closely with certified dementia practitioners on staff to create environments that are calm, familiar, and reassuring. Familiar routines, familiar faces, and a home that doesn't feel like a facility — these things matter deeply to memory care residents, and we're built around them.
Many of our families arrive after spending time at a larger memory care facility and being told their loved one's needs have outgrown what the facility can handle. Timeless is often exactly where those families find a permanent, loving home. We are committed to being the last move a family ever has to make.
Transparent, All-Inclusive Pricing
No hidden fees, no separate room charges, no surprise invoices. Everything your loved one needs — care, housing, homemade meals, activities — is included in one straightforward monthly rate ranging from $6,000–$8,000/month. Pricing is reviewed monthly with families as care needs evolve.
Timeless is a private-pay facility. We work with long-term care insurance policies and VA Aid & Attendance benefits for eligible veterans and surviving spouses. Billing is monthly — auto-pay or manual, your choice.
